About Ms. Dang Viet Nga
Mrs. Dang Viet Nga (1940) is the daughter of General Secretary Truong Chinh. She graduated from Moscow Architecture University and became a Doctor in 1972. In addition, Ms. Nga also worked at the Architectural Design Institute of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Culture. In 1983, Dr. Dang Viet Nga moved to Da Lat to live and work, so that the idea of building a “Crazy House” was done in Dalat later.
Having an influence on postmodern architecture, Ms. Nga always wanted to convey her design ideas and the Crazy House Dalat Vietnam was the place to show her creativity. According to Ms Nga, the construction of the Hang Nga villa faces a lot of difficulties because of opposition from friends, relatives and authorities. But thanks to the perseverance and support of many foreign tourists, the project “Crazy House” is quickly completed every day.
